Hey guys, this time we are going to talk about the Pork Chops. We are going to make some herb and garlic pork chops with onion gravy. Its good, it’s delicious and it’s fast. You will need some boneless pork chops, chicken stock, sliced onions, minced fresh rosemary, parsley, butter, some garlic, salt and pepper and some Worcestershire sauce. You will also need a little bit of olive oil to get the whole thing going. So let’s get started.
First, salt the pork chops and put some pepper too. Make sure you put the salt and pepper on both sides. Then start putting some herbs and garlic all over the pork chops. This will make it juicy and crusty. Don’t forget rosemary. Now press the pork chops with your hand so the herbs and garlic stick to the meat. Take a pan and put it on a medium heat, pour little olive oil and put pork chops on the pan. Cook them for 3 or 4 minutes on each side. We’re not going to cook these all the way through, we need to cook them for about ¾ of the way. We want to get good color on each side and then we are going to mix it with garlic gravy. Only after that, we are going to slide the pork chops back in the pan and let it cook all the way through.
Once the pork chops are done on both sides, put them out of the pan and put it on a bowl for a while. Now put a little more of olive oil on the pan and put onions there. Put salt and pepper on them and cook them for about 10 minutes. Once they turn brown, put the chicken stock in the pan, mix it good. Now add a tea spoon of Worcestershire sauce. Once it boils, add pork chops back in, for another 5 or 6 minutes to cook them all the way through. Flip them after 3-4 minutes. Once they are done, take them out again and put them aside for a while.
Now add one tablespoon of butter, some chopped parsley, rosemary and stir it up. Make sure the butter melts and mixes with all the ingredients. Now put this sauce on the pork chops and that’s it, your delicious pork chops are ready to serve. Enjoy!
